Our School's Prodigy
CHETAN
Chetan a student of JSS Public School, JSSTIs Campus, Mysore studying in Class VI has demonstrated excellence in both sports and creative pursuits. He won the Bronze Medal in the Badminton League organized by Sports Park, Mysuru (April 2025). He also performed well in an Online U-10 Chess Tournament conducted by the Mysore Chess Center and Chess Era (2021), securing Rank 56 with a score of 7/9.
His creativity is reflected in a variety of hands-on projects, including a Waterfall Fountain, Football Court model, and several paper crafts such as spectacles, a cycle, dustbin, vacuum cleaner, jumping frog, paper holder, and more. He has also crafted dog and cat models using tissue paper and created a plant model using recycled plastic, showcasing innovation, craftsmanship, and environmental awareness.
Chetan has further expressed his creativity through digital platforms by preparing videos such as “Chetan’s Activities,” “New Year 2024,” and cultural presentations on Basavajayanthi, Suttur Swamiji Jayanthi, Gandhi Jayanthi, Mysore Dasara, and Ugadi, highlighting his presentation skills and respect for culture.
He has also participated in the World Ramayana Championship and World Hanuman Championship, demonstrating his knowledge of Indian epics and cultural heritage.
